I’m a strategy and digital transformation professional based in Switzerland, currently working at the intersection of AI and pharma.
Background
I hold a Master’s in Economics and, before diving into the pharmaceutical industry, I built my foundation in management consulting:
- Ex-Deloitte — Where I learned to structure ambiguity and deliver under pressure
- Ex-Accenture — Where I developed expertise in large-scale digital transformation
These experiences taught me how to bridge the gap between strategy and execution—a skill that’s essential when bringing AI capabilities into complex, regulated industries.

Today, I focus on helping pharmaceutical organizations navigate the AI revolution. This means:
